Is it possible to transfer my itunes music from my iPhone to my Android ?

Hi, I cannot access my home network's Apple iTunes shared media libraries on my wired Windows 10 PC or any of my wireless iOS devices ever since ATT installed this 5031nv router a few weeks ago. I also lost the ability to sync my iPhone over WiFi with iTunes and the Remote app doesn't work anymore.

I can't get a new number right now but how could I make one with iTunes?

I have an Apple TV and I have noticed for the past couple of months the iTunes movies either being really slow to load, constantly buffering, or not loading at all. However if you use YouTube or Netflix they work with no problem. Any response would be appreciated.
