Receiving strange voice mail calls claiming to be IRS and cant reach us by mail or they are from the Federal Court House. They have very strong accents and both numbers shows they are calling from VA, USA . Has anyone else receiving these types of calls?

I had heard about this a few years back. For the pass three days my phone number keeps calling.(I haven't answered it) I have heard and read its a scam. Besides it being annoying ; should I be worried,etc?
