Keep Getting phone calls from someone trying to sell U-verse

23 calls in two days. I called the number back and was harrased by a very pushy sales rep that U-verse is in my neighborhood. I told him politely that I was not interested. He kept selling. Again I politely declined. This is in addition to 7 calls at my business in the last 4 days about my business

Why can't Telco's tag Internet calls?

Why can't AT&T validate a number before it passes on the call?  Even calls from the Internet have to gain access the public service telephone network (PSTN) at some point.  That Telco needs to validate a number or it should be fined.  I get about five to ten calls per day from random spoofed numbers
