How do I get customer service?
Does ATT have any actual customer service reps? What is going on? I need assistance with my account and ATT is unable to provide customer service? This is crazy! The numbers provided to call customer service are useless!

AT&T Available across the street...but not at my house?
Is there some way I can get At&t to see if they can bring it to my house or what. Seems strange that directly across the street my neighbor can get uverse but I cannot.
