200 per line offer

I received a 200.00 per line offer from Direct TV to switch to ATT Cell Service, We did that and added 4 new phones also, but I still have not received my credits. I called Direct TV and ATT 3 times and each time they tell me to call the other one ??

Very frustrating. I was contacted by them direct with the offer because I had been with Direct TV for over 20 years

I want to get what they offered, I also saved the image they sent me to verify and it states in the ad to direct TV select customers

Do you have any of the details?  The devil is always in the fine print...

No, I called them and they stated right on the phone it was a valid offer and that it would be credited. Still nothing

I too am in the same boat. this now seems like they are scamming DirecTV customers. Does anyone know how to either file a complaint or sue or something. I just want to switch now with no fees.  I thought it was just me.  But I have the same exact experience. [Per Guidelines:  Keep it Relevant and Appropriate].

I think the only thing we can do is keep posting to these forums. It seems to be the quickest response I've gotten.

@Maybexhrs You can file a complaint with the FCC or BBB. How long ago did you take this offer? ATT is notoriously slow in providing credits, it can take multiple bill cycles. The “fine print” probably specified a minimum time frame requirement for service before credits would be issued.

I asked for a supervisor and they immediately escalated the issue and it is now documented, write down date, who and time. They were actually very thorough and did what they stated so far..
