Expired Refund Debit Card, don't know if it was activated or used - can I get it reissued?

Hi, I have an AT&T debit card for overpayment refund, but it's a card I just found when moving. I don't remember if it's been activated and/or used.  Is it possible to get it reissued? Thanks, Cheri F

I've been having issues with them since September of 2023. I have returned a phone which still shows on my phone bill for not being returned even though it's been verified that they have the phone and now they cut my phone off because I couldn't pay my phone bill because of the outstanding balance f

Cellular data and roaming was off but still got charged international day pass
