$300 VISA Scam

I have spent over 3 hours trying to get the $300 Visa I was promised for buying 2 iPhones and adding a line. The Visa card was one of the only reasons I decided to upgrade. I called a few weeks ago because I had never received the card.  After being sent back and forth between customer service and the rewards center several times, the rewards center said they had no record from AT&T and they needed proof of purchase from them to issue the card, and they could do nothing.   I then spoke with customer service and they said I was indeed entitled to the Visa card and they put it all in my notes and told me I should call back to the rewards center and make sure it was issued.  I called back today.  Rewards said it was too late to claim a reward and I was more or less out of luck.  They wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor, but said one would call me back. (I'm not holding my breath!)  Then AT&T customer service said there was never a promotion like that?!?!  Why would everyone else say I was entitled to this card, and now they are changing their tune??  I still have yet to get this resolved.  I also have a friend who did the same promo and never received her card either and I see that this has been reported by others on this board.  THIS IS A SCAM!
