any tips on how to get thru to a representative who knows what they are doing?

i have a monthly account on auto-pay. i've been on troubleshooting my apple watch for over an hour with no solution. now i am with the billing department waiting for a credit that's been promised and they have me on hold for over 30 minutes. i have to go but want my credit. any tips on how to get through to a supervisor and end this?

Troubleshoot with Apple. AT&T reps are smart watch experts.

It depends on why you're wanting credit. Just because one was "promised" doesn't mean it will be easy to get to someone who can or will issue said credit.
