At&t is by far the worst company I have ever done business with
I've been having issues with them since September of 2023. I have returned a phone which still shows on my phone bill for not being returned even though it's been verified that they have the phone and now they cut my phone off because I couldn't pay my phone bill because of the outstanding balance from the phone that they have

unfortunately that’s how it works. Even if you are disputing an amount you need to pay the account in full each month while the dispute is being handled. Since your service has been suspended for nonpayment now you need to bring the entire account to a zero balance to restore service.
