AT&T Lifer!!

Couldn't wait to share what exceptional customer service I got tonight. I chatted with three representatives on AT&T's live support tonight and they were all outstanding. I am so happy with the customer service I received, I don't forsee ever leaving AT&T. They made a huge difference to me today. Harvey, Manuel and Airanne, you are the best of the best. Thank you so much for everything you did to help me with my wireless and Uverse products. 

 

These three need a RAISE!

Never say "Never."   I have been with AT&T wireless since 1995.  I have not had much of a problem until today. 

 

I spoke with several representatives from AT&T today and did not get resolution to my problem.  I encountered several staff members that seemed fairly indifferent to my concerns.  It is amazing how a small amount of poor quality service can negate years of acceptable service. 

 

When a customer feels neglected and unappreciated after being a loyal customer for close to 20 years, it can qickly sour their impression of a company. 

 

I have decided to change wireless providers as a result.
