ATT now claims they never received 3 of my returned phones after previously saying they did. Now I wont get $2400 of credits. I'm furious.

Like I described. Sent back 4 phones, have the tracking number. Called and they verified they received the 4 phones. They never started credits on 3 of my lines, and now after calling they now say they cant confirm receipt of the phones.
I'm furious because they have STOLEN 3 of my phones and I'm out $2400.  Can I sue them in small claims or claim criminal theft here?

I'm going through the same thing, what a mess.  I have 4 phones and they verbally told me they received them, but now after a 3 hour call, they now claim they dont have receipt of them.  what do I do now that I'm 2400 in the hole and they basically stole my phones

ATT is now claiming I they dont have receipt of 3 of my returned phones despite confirming with me previously they received the phones and I would begin getting bill credits.
They defrauded me and stole my property.  How do I begin (Edited per community guidelines), arbitration, or file criminal charges against them?

Note: This comment was created from a merged conversation originally titled how do i begin arbitration? screwed out of $2400 in bill credits

File a BBB complaint and it gets sent to upper management, who will contact you.

If you participated in a trade-in offer through one of AT&T's promotions, the phones never go to AT&T. So of course they don't have them.
