ATT Online Pricing - Errors on all pricing orders/selections. Not correctly Showing At Checkout. - Please FIX!

All orders online (any choice / plan / phones) are offering one price

and checking out to a completely different price.  Not one configuration is populating correctly. 

Posted screenshots of different temp orders to show the errors. 
ATT agents via phone have no clue to as of why.  

I can confirm this all started when ATT introduced the new rate plans last week.

Please have backend fix.  Thank You

Hi @punkmfr, we apologize for the delay in getting back to you on this one.  In discussing this with our back office and developer teams, it looks like you are experiencing multiple unique edge case situations causing these errors.  We hope to have them resolved as soon as possible, but it's looking like mid-February.

Same on mobile, web. Tried multiple devices.  ATT rep on phone had same issues. Instore showed same issues.

As mentioned this only started to happen when ATT new pricing shifted into gear. 

Most def a backend IT issue.

Did so instore, online and over the phone. So far still not corrected.

Somebody needs to notify the correct dept of the pricing errors.  Not sure anyone knows who directly to contact for this.

They have been aware for at least a week. Doesn't mean they know how to fix it 😑

Part of the problem is it's inconsistent. I tried to order as a non-customer and select a plan and I don't see the same pricing goof.

It is so inconsistent. Checked via multiple accounts that i have with AT&T.  Two  of the three show weird off pricing,  the 3rd account seems normal.  

the night prior to price changing, (not knowing the change was going to happen) i placed  two online orders for service only to find them cancelled the very next day for no reason. Then realizing the prices changed overnight, all since then has been screwed up. Not only did the prices increase by 99 cents, but the totals are off completely.  How pricing / web site changes are not proofed before hand is quite ridiculous ?
