Att unlocking problem
This is a contract machine I bought from the second-hand market. I can't use the mobile phone card of other operators, and I can't unlock it all the time. I can't find out how much money I owe without an att account. How can I unlock it?

If you bought a second hand phone and found that it still has a balance due, you can’t pay it off and that means you can’t unlock it. AT&T won’t deal with anyone except the account holder who owns the debt. Get your money back from whoever sold it to you.
