BILLING
Has anyone else have their discount taken away? without warning, mind you!! They now are charging me 55 a line! I have called the last two nights trying to get this resolved, hung up on twice, and transfered to the loayalty department and was on hold for almost an HOUR!! Spectrum here I come! At&t you can (Edited per community guidelines) it!!!

Discount for what?
If you had a signature discount, those sometimes need to be re-verified.
If you're referring to the auto pay and paperless billing discount, is it gone, or just cut in half?
I had a union discount on my account and the union did not resign its agreement with AT&T so my union discount dropped off. I had to go through the union to get it re-established, and then re-verify with AT&T.

I lost my 25% educator discount last year, no warning of any kind, so I lost the discount for a month.
AT&T knows how to send me all sorts of messages and sales, you'd think a communications sending me a "your discount needs to be reverified or you're going to to lose it" wouldn't be so hard.

When you look at your bills does it show counting down or a timeframe?
Have you reviewed your last few bills to see if there was a notice?
