Cancellation Agreement Confirmation Letter Template/copy

Pre-paid wireless account. I need a template of a cancellation agreement that’s sent out after your account has been closed out. Please send to my email or post.

Nothing like that exists for prepaid. There is no cancellation agreement.

I'm struggling to figure out what you even mean by "cancellation agreement."

 

It sounds like a contract where you agree not to pay and AT&T agrees not to provide service, but that seems ridiculous. 

 

Maybe you can clarify and we can find something on AT&T's website.

Prepaid is simple.  Pay and you have service.  Stop paying and service stops.

You can read the terms of service here.   https://www.att.com/legal/terms.prepaidServiceAgreement.html

But there is no such thing as a cancelation agreement for prepaid.

I mean like, whenever you end your AT&T services or your wireless plan that you have with AT&T and everything is completed and in the works, they send you verification or a letter confirming that services have been terminated or transferred or whatever. That. That's what I need. The letter of termination confirmation I guess you would refer to it as.

I'm sorry, I don't have prepaid. I have an actual plan with AT&T. I'm sorry if that was unclear.

There is no such thing for any carrier, for any service of any kind.  

 The only thing you get is a final bill.    Perhaps you need to explain why you are asking for something, as we are pretty sure you are asking for something, but don’t know what it is.

Unclear? You clearly said pre-paid, so now it's unclear. 

 

Do you get a bill each month, either in the mail, or online? 

 

Or does AT&T merely automatically debit your card or account every 30 days, but you don't get a bill?

does not matter what kind of account you have.  

I’m not sure what you want, it would help if we knew why you were asking, then we might have some idea what it is you really do need.
