Chronic Over Charge With Little Help From AT&T Integrated Solutions Consultant Team

In October of 2023, I used a promotion to bundle new AT&T Fiber service, turn in eligible iPhones to upgrade for free to a more current iPhone and leave Verizon and go to AT&T. Additionally, I would not have to pay any initial sign on (new customer) fees. I also qualify for FirstNet.

I have been attempting to get my bill corrected since January 2024. My AT&T integrated solutions consultant has advised me he is trying to assist me and needs time to check on the issues. He has repeatedly agreed that this billing makes no sense and I am being overcharged charged. I make contact with him about every 4 to 6 weeks to check in and see if there is any progress.

Last month, my AT&T integrated solutions consultant advised me he had spoken with his supervisor and would credit my account for $20.00. I never received the credit.

I was required to pay $405.29 down and would be refunded back after two months. Not only have I not been refunded the $405.29 back, I am paying approximately $55.00 dollar’s every month, more than my quote.

After 6 months, I have paid at least $735 dollars more than was quoted in the contacted and I am still paying about $55.00 more month than my quote displays.

For some reason I am unable to see my cellular bill online. I registered for the “paperless” bill option to save a couple of dollars. Several times I have attempted to contact AT&T representatives on the phone, and they advised they can not assist me with visualizing my bill via the internet or app. I have not seen my bill since I started with AT&T in October 2023. Over the last couple of months, return contact from my AT&T integrated solutions consultant has been diminished.

This seems to be a few too many issues that have grown out of control. Does this qualify for Better Business Bureau complaints? How do I contact someone who can help me?

Anything that you don’t feel is right qualifies for a BBB complaint.  There is no penalty for filing a frivolous complaint.  All AT&T will do is tell you to contact them.
