Customer service?

Has anyone found a way to talk to someone at ATT other than the local rep's or the 1800 Satan they send you too for customer service? I will not call the 1800 number again. they serve no purpose what so ever. for DIRECTV or Uverse. my bill and payoff have been a miserable mess since I signed up.

I had the wifi prior and that took 2 and 1/2 weeks to get installed because they didn't know what they were doing.

Have the same problem. Always a call center in East. I have called , questioning billing, and have been told they are working on it. It has been WELL over a month and I have not heard anything. Call back ,get the SAME talking points, yet nothing gets done. Don't even TRY to add a channel , they'll charge you more and then turn off some of your channels and tell you they don't come with that bundle but all YOU did was upgrade your package. Sounds more like they downgraded me and charged me for it. Used to Love DirecTV ,but now that they are owned by ATT , they will no longer be best in customer service.
