Due to Covid-19 i am working significantly reduced hours and i am currently unable to pay my bill, what can i do?

Due to Covid-19 i am working significantly reduced hours and i am currently unable to pay my bill, what can i do?. i recently opened a data only plan for my laptop. as i said i am working reduced hours and i am barely making any money. what money i do make has to go towards food and basic supplies. its my first bill and when i call 611 from my prepaid phone (completely separate account) i can only get prepaid options.

I do not know if data only plans are covered by ATT’s pledge but if it is and you get a bill, meaning your data plan is not prepaid, your service will not be suspended and you won’t get any late fees. If your data plan is prepaid, no changes. Service will expire until the plan is renewed.
