Has ATT lost its mind?
1. Our business received a suspension notice on an (apparently) mobile account that we don't hold. ATT could not answer this mystery. Moreover, a c.s. rep just advised me that the account numbers for our existing numbers do not exist. We made payments on these accounts in early June. I read the rep the account numbers OFF THE LATEST INVOICES.
2. business.att.com has become completely inaccessible.
3. At another location, ATT recently had sent a new modem. The instructions provided two websites to complete set-up. Neither website could be located, as many others have noted.
We cannot afford to waste another second with this dysfunction.

You may notice there's a banner at the top saying that the community is going to close on Thursday.
Whenever you run into an incomprehensible problem that is equally incomprehensible to AT&T just file a better business bureau complaint. Better Business bureau complaints are forwarded to upper management bypassing Frontline support. You should get a call from someone in upper management who has more than sawdust upstairs, and the power to do something about the problem
