Help! Billed for damaged device that was not broken!
I was billed nearly $300$ for a device that was packaged carefully and shipped out with both sides of the glass unbroken, but when they received it, they claimed the back glass was shattered. I have been in contact with USPS, and they said that the package was given to a 3rd party agent with whom they have had problems. Feels extremely shady and I feel like I am getting scammed.
Has anyone had a similar problem with ATT and been able to get it resolved?
