Help

I've been overseas for almost 3 months. So I've called the customer services to make my account under "vacation suspension" on May. They confirmed, so my account is now on suspension; which means I can't log-in.
However, I'm still getting my bills (June,July,August bills). But I can't call the customer center because my ID is blocked.
I'm wasting my $200. Please help!

Suspending your service doesn't stop billing.

Good evening @spark152!

I hope you are enjoying your trip abroad! I regret to hear you are unable to log in to your myAT&T account. I am more than happy to help you with this today!

Here is a great article on suspending service on your wireless device. Your monthly plan, feature, and installment agreement fees, if applicable, continue.

I’d like to ensure this issue is fully resolved. Please send a Private message to @ATTCares with your full name, wireless number, and account number.

I eagerly await your reply. Thank you and have a wonderful week!
