In order to change your due date, you have to change your entire billing cycle by 18 days.
This usually results in one or two wonky bills, either an interim Bill, or a bill that includes extra days in order to adjust your bill cycle. Be prepared for either.

You could call Billing and ask them, or adjust your budget.
