How to talk to customer service when my phone is suspended

My phone was suspended due to not being able to pay. I lost my old job and I’m starting a new job. I can’t make arrangements with my new job without phone service. My att app gave me a total of $149 to restore my service and a past due balance of $298. Worked my butt of for 5 days getting the $149 through selling things around my home. Finally got the money, paid the $149 that I was quoted from app my to restore my service, now it’s telling me I need to pay the full amount, which I can’t do until after Christmas. I’ve tried calling 611, doesn’t work to speak to someone, tried a private message on Facebook, wasn’t read. Please, how can I speak to someone to get my service turned back on until Christmas when I can pay the remaining $148?

you may use any other wireless or wireline phone by dialing 8003310500.

not so sure if it can be restored if you still got remaining balance, you may ask billing dept about it.

You cannot “make payment arrangements “ or get service restored until your balance is $0.

If your desperate you can get a perpaid sim and pay per use service with a new number.
