I did not receive my trad in credit, even after one year I got new phones from ATT waited four 3 billing cycles
I upgraded my iPhone 11 to iPhone 14 and traded in the iPhone 11 through Costco ATT Kisok on March 12, 2023. I was waiting for 3 billing cycles to appear for my $799.00 trade-in credit for iPhone 14. Ever since, I have been calling ATT customer service, the Cotsco ATT VIP line, and ATT's Tier 2 customer support.
Every time Tier 2 customer service created a new case number; they asked me to wait for three billing cycles for my trade-in credit to appear.
Now I waited Four 3 billing cycles and more than 12 months, still have not receive my trade-in credit of $ 799.00

What do you mean you traded in through the Costco kiosk? Costco is not AT&T. It's an authorized retailer. In order to complete the trade-in of your phone you would have had to mail it to Assurant Mobile with a prepaid mailing label which tied the trade-in back to your account. Does that ring a bell?
Did you also have the required unlimited data plan? And meet all of the other requirements?

Yes, I have mailed them in ATT-provided USPS pre-labeled shipping boxes. All four iPhone 11 were mailed. However, I received trade-in credit for three phones only. I called Costco VIP phoneline tier 2 customer service. Every time, the Tiere 2 Customer support team asked me to wait for 2-3 billing cycles and create a new case number after the third billing cycle. ATT Tiere 2 Customer support team has created four different case numbers so far.
I have met all requirements, I have an unlimited plan, and Never changed the plan. Every time Tiere 2 Customer support team says $800 lum sum will credit to my account, never happened. I don't have any trust with AT &T customer service
