I'm very upset

I am very upset at the fact that you people charged me 699.95 for a phone that I already return 6 MONTHS AGO before Christmas!! Within the days I was supposed to. Y'all charged the RESTOCKING fee also. I have talked to 20 different people saying they will take care of it. I have been on hold for HOURS at a time. The charge is still there. It's been six MONTHS I want the charge removed like I was told it is going to be.

"We people " have nothing to do with it.  This is a customer populated forum.  While ATT representative sometimes check in, they may not see your post.

Take both the charge for restocking, and bill for full phone to an ATT company store
