Next and military do not mix!!!

My wife and I decided to go to the AT&T store in Navarre, Fl to check on upgrades. We were eligible. I told the salesman that I was leaving for in a few days for Korea. He said I would be able to suspend my account since I was on orders. I called AT&T that following weekend to suspend my account and the lady said email a copy of your orders and information to ****@att.com. Almost one month later my wife and I found out that they denied my request to suspend my payments while on Military Orders. I wish someone spoke the truth or even spoke to me or my wife. My wife and I have to pay $600 to suspend my account because I bought a new phone and the customer support personnel, including Neda, Brian, and Curtis @ AT&T technical support said they could do nothing about it since it is a new plan, does that means AT&T found a loop hole to continue making money while taking it from military members? I can't even use this newly purchased phone since it is only for AT&T. Sad Face in Korea. Thanks for........the run around and your dedication AT&T!
