Hello yogeshandpatel08,

We understand you’re experiencing slow internet speed. Slow data speeds can be frustrating, especially when you’re paying for 5G. Let’s explore some possible reasons and solutions:

  1. Network Congestion: In some areas, network towers may be undergoing maintenance, leading to slower data speeds. This can affect both 4G and 5G. You mentioned using your phone in zip codes 85296 and 85142. It’s possible that tower maintenance is impacting your experience there1.

  2. Phone Provisioning: Ensure that your phone is provisioned correctly for 5G. Sometimes, incorrect settings can impact performance.

  3. AT&T’s Low-Band 5G: AT&T uses a limited portion of its 850MHz spectrum for low-band 5G. If other factors (like better 4G performance) outweigh the benefits of 5G, your phone may not switch to 5G automatically2.

  4. Wi-Fi Calling: Consider using Wi-Fi Calling when you’re near a Wi-Fi connection. This can help keep you connected in areas where data speeds are reduced.

Remember that network performance can vary by location.

I hope this information helps.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Thank you,

Jessica, AT&T Community Specialist

OK.  That’s why there is a grace period for trying out the service.  If it’s not working out, cancel and choose a different carrier with better service.  Is there a question?

All three major networks have a way of trying their service for free, For a limited time and with a throwaway number

AT&T can be tested free through Cricket.

I called within active my service and i am very low network inside the home and its ok out side the home

But when i talked at&t agent they told me its non refundable so i am stuck with 12 months they cannot resolve the issue and

My zip code 60018.

I am not able to talk on phone calls its braking voice like i got 5 calls 3 calls literally i have to step out side from home to listen properly

This is not fare that at&t service.

I also go out like 1 mile away from my home and i see my phone and service is working well i got 405mbps speed internet and network is full that clearly indicates that my phone settings and capacity of my phone is good

Only issue is the home they dont have enough network range.

Other bad things due to network switch 5g to 4g in my phone thats make my phone hot and drain battery faster

Thank you

Prepaid is not refundable. The terms clearly state that. Also, service is not guaranteed, especially INSIDE.
