No email received about trade in directions
Per this web page:

I was supposed to have received an email after I ordered my iPhone 6 with instructions as to how to complete the trade in. I did not receive an email with this information. I received an email confirming my order reservation, but that's it. Please explain.

I also order Iphone 6 PLUS within the first hour of 12:00 am
The confirmation email did not contain any instructions on how to trade in my old iphone 4.
No Promo Codes given either.
My estimated shipping date is End of October - November.
If I DONT receive my Iphone 6+ till November
and the $200 trade in Promotion ENDS ---> Sept 30.
Does anyone know how I receive my trade in Credit?
