Old bills

I called in to get bills from 2019 & 2020. They told me they couldn’t do it that the only available was what I see on the website. I’m sure there is a way as it’s done with a court order all the time

This is correct for postpaid ⬆️⬆️⬆️

Prepaid users have 6 months of usage information and history online only. There is nothing older than 6 months, there is no paperwork, and there cannot be any Bill reprints because prepaid does not have a bill.

I already called. ATT customer service said they couldn’t get bills past 18 months. I’m not a prepaid. Been with ATT for almost 18 years.

Then call again. Perhaps you got a clueless agent but you need to specify you are requesting bill reprints.

The last 16 months of bills are available online.  Anything older than that you have to call & there’s a charge.  I believe bills only go back 7 years.

Did you not read the responses above? Call and ask for detailed bill reprints and be prepared to pay for the printed copies.

I have called and talked to 4 different worthless customer service reps to get detailed usage reprints and nobody can assist.
