Phone bill
I payed my phone bill and it’s saying I haven’t and my bill is 500 something I can not afford to pay that at all and I been paying 100 something for my phone when it was supposed to be around 80 I’ve been paying a Apple Watch that was supposed to come free with my promotion. I was told credit was going to be added to my account because I was paying for my watch that was apart of my promotion. I need my phone on asap and I can’t afford to pay this amount to have it on and I will not pay it.

If you don’t pay what is owed, your service gets shut off, which sounds exactly like what happened. In order to get it restored, you have to pay the full amount owed. That’s how it works. If there was a dispute about the bills, that should have been resolved beforehand. Simply not paying because you don’t think you should be paying that much never works out. So, where are you now? AT&T won’t restore your service until you pay your full bill. Calling customer service won’t override that. If you truly feel you’ve been cheated and can prove it, you can try filing a BBB complaint, which gets forwarded to upper management and you’ll get a call from the Office of the President. Maybe they’ll do something, maybe they won’t. Other wise, you’re limited to the dispute methods in the Term and Conditions, small claims or arbitration.
