Request for billing statements no longer available online

I requested copies of older billing statements when I called in July 2023.  I gave the AT&T representative the dates of the statements that I needed.  AT&T sent me all of the statements that I could already access online on my own which I already had.  AT&T charged me $150.00 for the copies that I already could access myself online.  I called and chatted with AT&T customer service.  They have given me the run around.  They also suggested that I go to the AT&T store which I did.  The AT&T store can only give me the statements that I can already access online. 

I have been trying to get the statements for an entire year from AT&T for an IRS Audit.  I can no longer get any more extensions for this IRS audit.   I wrote AT&T four letters on four different occasions, September 01, 2023, November 17, 2023, January 23, 2024, and June 12, 2024, to the following address as instructed on my billing statement for written correspondence:  AT&T PO BOX 5074, Carol Stream, Illinois, 60197.  I have received no response.   Please have a manager respond to me.
