Returned watches

In 2022 I returned 2 watches after the customer care sent me return labels.  They verified they got it.  They continue to charge me after all this time. My store manager felt sorry for me so he just credited me every month well now he got fired and since the beginning I have talked to representative after representative saying they are escalating it and it WILL be dealt woth this time. NEVER does,  now mysteriously the record of the returned phones is gone amd I just keep getting told the warehouse has to investigate and I will be notified with ticket number and what comes of the investigation.  NEVER DO! this had been years! I have spent hours of my time on the phone with these guys.  I truly don't know how this  company gets away wish this stuff.  This Day in age a company should not get away with this ! I am about ready to do whatever I can to prove they are doing illegal business.

That's not illegal. It's not an illegal business. It's bad management and a lousy way to keep records, but that doesn't make it illegal. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Are you being billed for installments on the watches, or just $10 watch lines?

If you're only being billed for the lines, if there's no installments or a contract on the watches, then you should have called 2 years ago and canceled those lines.

If you are still being billed for equipment, and paying for the watch lines as well...

Did you keep a record of the return labels 2 years ago, and tracking information 2 years ago that proved that the watches went back to AT&t with an RMA label to Texas?

Yes?

If you had tracking information and proof 2 years ago, it should have been dealt with 2 years ago directly with AT&t, not with a store sales person

Also, if you're dealing with lines of service, the lines of service should also have been canceled and the only way to cancel that would be to call AT&t. Why wasn't that done 2 years ago?

Is it possible the store manager was fired because he was putting credits on your account every month for merchandise that he was getting credit for selling at his store, but then he was putting $  on your account every month so that AT&t wasn't actually getting paid.

Yes im being charged for the watches and the lines. And yes I have talked to AT&T many many hours, not just the store! Also yes I did all this starting 2 years ago! Thats the problem, nobody will deal with it. Back 2 years ago a representative on the phone verified they had the watches and also the store manager on two different occasions. So at that point that wasn't an issue. NOW, mysteriously nobody can see where the watches were returned like they had before. I'm not stupid but thanks anyway.
