REVOKE POA with LEGAL and Retitle account
I have REVOKED POA with IRS and assigned fiduciary duties with 56F form. I am still waiting on acknowledgment from legal in regards to this. I did this due to BREACH of FIDUCIARY DUTIES on AT&T's part. The credits should be applied to my personal bank account or treasury account. What department handles the receivables, restrictive endorsements for commercial paper? Will legal department be reflecting retitle of account and process REVOKE OF POA? They tend to disrupt service and I have to file with SEC and OCC and CFPB.

Legal discussions aren’t allowed on the forum. If you need to contact AT&T, use the methods listed at the contact us link at the bottom of the page. They are the only ones who can possibly help you, but they aren’t going to contact you. You have to contact them.
