trade in upgrade not getting credit
Issue has been on going since feb/mar 2023. Did a trade in upgrade, credit has never shown up! Customer service kept telling me they have no record of receiving the trade in. In May of 2023 finally received a 4 month credit. In Jun of 2023 when calling for credit I was told by Rea that "trade in verification was received and credit would start showing up in 2-3 billing cycles. It never showed up. called sep of 2023 (evan) was given a 6 month credit. Called again in Feb 2024 for credit, received 4 month credit. Called in May of 2024 (AJ) said no record of trade in - he could give me a $18.65 credit, asked for supv, got .disconnected. called 5-22-24 for supv, Iris said she could help, gave me total credit of $27.78, no record of trade in upgrade. Asked for a supv to call me anytime rest of the day. No call received.

This is a customer based public forum. Nobody is going to contact you. The courtesy credits you were issued when you call are going to stop. That is not how trade in promotions work. If you met ALL the requirements then the credit should automatically be applied. Did you meet all the requirements?

At&t says there's no record of the trade-in.
Do you have record of a trade-in?
Either a receipt from doing a trade-in at a physical store, or tracking information from the USPS and newgistics, which tracks your phone through the mailing process back to the trade-in facility?
