@Nathanieljk23 Did you read the TOS and understand that the first "bill" you receive is a summary of charges and is not an actual bill. It is very misleading in that it shows what you would've paid without credits, discounts, etc. Why AT&T does that is beyond me because that fist notice can be a shock. It also takes about 3 billing cycles to get the proper billing.

Where did you sign up for service because that can make a big difference in what you were told and what AT&T actually does. All promos and deals are listed on the AT&T website, in detail, and that is what AT&T will only honor.

Integrated solutions representative

He showed me everything on the company tablet what everything broke down to I was originally at metro my phone wasn't bad neither was the other one but when you throw a combo deal of 128 for both phones and internet and the phones are for 36 months a piece I read all the fine little print I had gotten it as they were setting up my motum 2 people were here one was outside setting up the other "damone Jefferson " came inside to talk to us and answer any questions with the service ect. But again he had gotten numbers down to an I thought " to good to be true" numbers it seemed legit now instead of 386+ on it for the past 3 months I'm at 1263

@Nathanieljk23  It appears that Integrated Solutions Resource provides services for a wide variety of services and companies. Some are AT&T employees and others are independents who offer AT&T services. Similar to the Authorized Retail operators.

If the TOS that you read and agreed to is the same as what is found on AT&T's website, then AT&T is obligated to honor it. If you can't get a hold of the representative, then that sounds like an independent who mislead or purposely left out information just to make a sale. If that's the case, then you did business with the independent and not AT&T.

There's no way internet which at its lowest is $35 for fiber, and two phones with the lowest (starter) are going to be only $128 a month.  Not once taxes are added.

AT&T's cheapest fiber plan is 300 MB per second at $55 with a $20 discount for bundling with your wireless is 35.

Two lines on starter $60.99 each, total of 122, plus tax.  I believe there's also a $20 credit which would make it approximately 102 before approximately $10 in taxes and fees.

Ballpark...

So approximately 112, + $35 only after all of the discounts and credits start.

The only way it goes lower than that is if the account owner qualifies for a 25% discount which is not stackable with the bundle discount. 25% discount would apply to certain businesses, and first responders, teachers, doctors, nurses.

Autopay and paperless billing with debit card or checking account is required for the $60.99 price

Bill credits on phone promotions take approximately 3 months / 90 days to begin.

First bill, and subsequent bills being high until all the credits and discounts kick in is totally normal.

When did you switch?

Has it been 90 days since you switched?

Are you on the starter plan?

Did you enroll in both auto pay and pay for this with debit card and checking?

Are you getting bill credits on both phones?

Were you told you qualified for a larger discount on your wireless service of 25%?

Very recently there has been a buy more get more which requires you to buy two phones of the same brand that are advertised under " buy more save more"  deals, those deals allow you to be on the welcome plan but do require two phones and two phone lines.  The Samsung Galaxy s24 baseline phone is covered under this offer. It's on the website right now.   This offer is too new for you to have received it 3 months ago.

Now where are these other numbers coming from 386?  1263?

Huh?

And your spelling and lack of punctuation make your long post very difficult to understand.
