We Signed "Fixed Month" Plan and HAVE DIGITAL PROOF. AT&T Claims 2-Year Plan but WON'T PROVIDE Proof (Because they Can't)!
We have digital copies of the Terms & Conditions we signed that showed we were on a Month-to-Month Plan. Now that we are moving some of our phones to another carrier, AT&T claims we "signed" a 2-Year Agreement and is charging us an Early Termination fee because "that's what's in the system" and "we can't help you" after hours and hours of phone calls with every level of so-called "customer service".
AT&T won't provide us any documentation of this supposed 2-Year plan (because there is none). And when we offered to send them copies of what we signed on May 6, 2022 showing it was a Month-to-Month plan, they "have no way receive any documents from the customer."
This is nothing short of DECEPTION and FRAUD, and I am posting this not only in the hopes of a resolution, but also as a dire warning to others about AT&T's fraudulent business practices.

Service is month to month.
Equipment is not.
Did you accept new equipment as part of joining AT&T?
