What is the Mobile Share access charge for in the new AT&T Unlimited Plus plan?
I've been a loyal AT&T customer for several years. I recently switched to the new AT&T Unlimited Plus plan and was reviewing the breakdown of costs when I saw the Mobile Share access charge of $20/mo. Could someone please explain to me what this is for? Does it have to be included in my monthly bill, or can I opt out? I tried searching for an answer on the AT&T site, but can't seem to find any details.
Also, I saw that the AT&T Next charge of $25/mo. is a "Required eligible installment agreement, qualifying credit, and wireless service." Is this basically paying into future "free" phone upgrades? Why is it required?

@ASC369 The $20 is a per line charge. When they say it's $95 for the plan, it's really $75 + $20. It's part of the cost, you can't opt out.
The next charge is for a phone, if you don't owe for a phone, if you do still owe, then you need to pay for a phone.
Are you currently on a contract or do you already have a next phone? (If your answer is NO and NO then you shouldn't have that charge).

Every device has a line access fee. The $20 fee should be next to your phone number and phone description. Right below that would be the $25 Next installment you are still paying on that related phone. You can replace the phone, but the Next installments continue until all are paid in full.
example below on a different plan, so prices are also different.
