Worthless At&t Service!!! Not worth a single penny

If I give a minus-star I would rather give that. The worst and disgusting and disrespectful customer service I have ever seen is AT&T services. Even after asking for help with my billing issues they were consistently connecting me who knows some “employee departement” instead of consumer support for more than 7 times and NOBODY could help. What for are you advertising on being a good wireless provider when you are worst than every other provider available in the market. I am going to cancel all my 8 family connections with this provider and WILL MAKE SURE TO ENCOURAGE AND SPREAD THE AWARENESS OF HOW MISERABLE IS THE AT&t service. After being a customer for 5 years I have understood they are just Worthless and not up for your time & money.

If you were dissatisfied with the way Support handled, or didn't handle your issue you could've filed an online complaint with the BBB. That would have generated a call from the Office of the President. Those folks have more authority and resources available to them than the CS Agents. That is as high up in AT&T as a customer can go. They may have been able to correct the issue for you (whatever it was) or give you an explanation that Support couldn't have.

Hopefully the BBB complaint will get a quick response from the OOP. Filing an FCC complaint does the same thing only the BBB complaint is apparently a little faster. Less paperwork.
