Have been on the phone for almost two hours trying to talk to a supervisor. This is ridiculous. Not even on hold. Phone just put down and can hear all conversations. This is ridiculous and unprofessional.

Unstable Ping randomly on Ethernet
I have a BGW210-700 and I randomly have unstable ping ranging anywhere from 20-160. WiFi outage
My internet went out at 1:44 pm yesterday, AT&T said there was an outage in the area and it would be back up at 12 midnight, I checked the map it wasn’t a large area of outage so I figured it would come back sooner, I was sadly mistaken, 12 am comes and go and they change it to 3 am, that comes
