Have been on the phone for almost two hours trying to talk to a supervisor. This is ridiculous. Not even on hold. Phone just put down and can hear all conversations. This is ridiculous and unprofessional.

Unstable Ping randomly on Ethernet

I have a BGW210-700 and I randomly have unstable ping ranging anywhere from 20-160.
