How do I manage multiple users? And why is there an option to change sim color?

I have been holding on for AT&T benefits for over 1 hour and I need to talk to someone about the letter I received telling me that the Care plus that I have been paying $3.00 a month  for is going up to $53.00 a month.   If that is true I need to talk to a representative.

Can anyone tell me the correct number for AT&T’s HR department please?

I have having issues verifying my employment. I am a previous AT&T employee and what was reported to the work number is in accurate I can’t get through to HR because I no longer have a UID. How can I get in contact with someone to have this corrected and my employment verified?

I am new here and have noticed some of the people have a bunch of stickers. Do they mean these people have knowledge in certain areas?  How do they get them?

I worked for Western electric, which became at&t before and during divesture. I am having trouble getting my years credited and also there was a provision that if you worked for any of the spinoffs that time would also count but I am stonewalled everytime, any suggestions.
