The closed captioning is checked properly but this feature no longer functions on any channel.The trouble-shooting feature is not specific enough for the CC feature, so it is of no help. UVerse freezing, skipping, etc

after a service call to replace intermittant equipment wireless receiver, uverse started having these problems, day, and time vary all over with no logical pattern. The technicians recommended faster internet so they came back and supposedly doubled our speed on our land line and it's worse.
