I have been running a set of Netgear PL1200 boxes within my home for the past 3 years. Last week we upgraded from 25 MPS to 50 MPS Internet. I have the 18mbs package and am only clocking 3-5mbs. Just wondering why this might be happening. The channel of the router is on a channel that none of my neighbors are running.

My internet connection has been absolutely atrocious over the past 5 or 6 days. I tested my connection and one time I got 44 KILOBYTES PER SECOND! I consistently get less than half a megabyte per second. I have reset the router multiple times and nothing works.
