Att and asurion are scams

I sent in my old defective iPhone 13 on April 17, I got upgraded to a 14 in store , I got a shipping label from asurion via email, but no box.. went to a Dropbox, put the iPhone (in a package I purchased myself ) with the correct shipping label on it , and off it went.. 2 months later a 180 dollar
