Contacting warranty

I have tried to contact warranty for exchange of my cell booster. Purchased 4/2022. I have tried at least 10 times with at least 6 different numbers given to me by AT&T employees (on hold for 15 minutes and calls dropped. I have been to AT&T store twice. No success.
