AT&T Mail Setup

I have been experiencing an issue on my att.net account and it is now November 2023. Some emails never reach me.  The emails do not show up in my account when I access the account via a web browser so I am thinking that any "cookies" on my device are not the issue.  Like others asking on

Even after deleting emails, they keep returning as new emails.

I normally use Microsoft Outlook on my computer for email. I would like to import my contacts list from Outlook into my AT&T email in a web browser.I have exported them from outlook but I do not see an option to import them into AT&T online email. Any ideas?

I would like to use my Apple mail client to access my pacbell.net email account. What are the IMAP settings to set this up? I was using the following IMAP server names: Incoming imap.mail.yahoo.com Outgoing smtp.mail.yahoo.com I tried using the ATT.NET versions but the pacbell.net account cannot

I have some emails that do not come to me that I know were sent. They are not in my spam either.  I have no filters or blocks set up.  It has happened with some of my kids' teachers and it has been happening with my Facebook recovery code I have been trying to get all week.  It says
