Watching Max

I have already tried trouble shooting suggestions, logging completely out and then back in This had not worked for me.

It seems that once a month my max subscription says it has to be renewed even though it’s paid through my AT&T bill and I either get a “renew my subscription” message or that it’s unable to connect to my provider

I have hbo max with my plan but now it's telling  me my hbo max prescription  through  att has expired 

I subscribe to HBO Max as an Amazon Channel on my Fire TV streamer. How do I get my HBO  ubscription on my Directv Service. How I do this.  I paid for the the subscription using Prime it is easy to add, and easy to cancel. Please let me know how to add this to my Direct TV. Last year

I no longer seem to get Dolby Atmos sound via the new MAX. Is there something I need to tweak? This also makes me think that HDR could also be "missing".   Can you clarify please?

After upgrading to Max, the app's icon has not been updated and every time the app is opened, I'm prompted to update. After clicking on the update button, the app seems to know that it's been upgraded and functions normally. I'm happy that it works, but it's a major annoyance. Deleting and reinstall

I am supposed to get HBO Max with my internet 1000 plan but it isn’t accepting my login information. What can I try to get it to work.
