Hi there - for two days now my cell booster’s 4G light has not worked. I cannot receive voicemails all it says is “Call Voicemail”

I have AT&T and no one can send me a voicemail. When I call voicemail it tells me to try calling a 10-digit phone number again and if I have a mailing box out the number in (which I don’t). If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know, thank you!
