Payment Arrangement

I paid my last due balance to get my service restored but it’s still not turned on. It’s not even giving me a calander to set up the payment arrangement and says “We can't schedule any payments right now due to a system issue. Please try to schedule your payment again later.”

Small business 2 lines. One has been disconnected erroneously

My business partner recently divorced and moved. I purchased and took over the business, including 2 business lines and his, other carrier, cellphone. I wasn't here when it was connected but my wife was. They hooked up both lines (VOIP) Internet. The tech said one line would be on a carrier number

Trying to contact someone at ATT is like looking for a needle in a haystack and then when you do they are either from another country and I cannot understand them or they are from this country and they are not nice.
