AT&T Phone Account

My husband recently passed away and he had all the account information. I need help finding the account information.

I paid my last due balance to get my service restored but it’s still not turned on. It’s not even giving me a calander to set up the payment arrangement and says “We can't schedule any payments right now due to a system issue. Please try to schedule your payment again later.” 

Very odd scenario. Phone bill is paid *legacy account but when others call it’s goes straight to voicemail and it says disconnected

can hear the incoming call rings but cannot answer it.same for all three cordless phones.have dial tone but cannot place calls.

My business partner recently divorced and moved. I purchased and took over the business, including 2 business lines and his, other carrier, cellphone. I wasn't here when it was connected but my wife was. They hooked up both lines (VOIP) Internet. The tech said one line would be on a carrier number

Hello, we seem to have an issue with our account.  We had presumably attempted to disconnect our service quite some time ago.  We were continued to be billed and debited from our Bank Account.  Called in last month to discuss issue.  Was then credited back monies from last 5 mon

I'm trying to create an online account but it is asking for a FAN PIN which I cannot locate, I called and was told the PIN would be texted to me but all lines on this plan are landlines and there is no way for me to receive this text. How can I proceed forward?

I want my last 1 month all call history

Trying to contact someone at ATT is like looking for a needle in a haystack and then when you do they are either from another country and I cannot understand them or they are from this country and they are not nice.

How can I get billing history for one of the phones on my account? (Edited to remove personal information)
