AT&T Phone Equipment

I had a appointment for today got a text saying they was on the way an no one showed phone still don't work an it's 8:39 pm

I have the ATT home base 0662. Right now I have to unplug and replug it back in several times a day in order to get reconnected. It's in the same location it always was and I'm sitting about 12 ft away from it. I contacted via telephone your technical support and I even went into one of your stores.

There is an Bell South post on my property with multiple cables coming out of it, running up my retaining wall and along it - not buried.   who do I contact to get it removed or buried correctly Wendy

The landline is hooked up to my Modem which is bundle, its has a splenter going to the moModem and the Phone Line. The Phone is displaying no line. I need help.

I had the above setup and the base station stopped working. I ordered another base but with only one phone. I deregistered one of the old handsets and tried to register it to the new base but registration fails. My guess is that the basic BL102 will only support one phone. Comments???
