Can’t connect my ceiling fan to Alexa is telling me to use 2.4 ghz I have both 2.4 and 5 but don’t know how to identify which is 2.4 both have same name? HELP

Secure Family app update - account missing

The Secure Family app updated and I apparently no longer have an account. It continues to ask me to set up a new account. When it authorizes my wireless number (weird) there are no family members - and thus no history, no time limits, nothing. HELP!

I have tried to reset my router and bring it closer that also has not worked I cannot okay my device through the smart home manager app because it will not login. is there another way I can connect my xbox to the wifi?
